*PF ESIC PT LWF - Helpdesk Management and handling notices/inspections
1.Managing employees queries via Phone, Mails as well as face to face
- PF Claims (Advances, Withdrawals, Transfer, Death Case, Pension)
- Joint Declarations cases
- ESIC TIC generation/updation
- ESIC Claims
- ECR Rectification
2.Assistance to team on case to case queries/letter drafting/documents preparation
3.Willingness to travel in respective department and client places as required
4.Basic communication and mail drafting skills
5.Knowledge of PT Return and MLWF Returns
6. Handling PF/ESIC/PT/LWF inspections and notices from start to end closure. It involves collation of documents required. The preparation of draft letters and registers/records required are case to case
7.Maintaining trackers of daily queries tracker as well as visits tracker. It also involves mailing the concerned SPOC on timely basis

Minimum 4-5 years
Required Skills:
Basic communication skills and mail drafting , Basic knowledge of PF & ESIC
