1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non IT requirements in BFSI domain
2. Source candidates through different career portals and references
3. Perform Boolean search for quality candidate sourcing
4. Screen and shortlist profiles based on client requirements
5. Schedule and coordinate interviews
6. Follow up with candidates and clients till closure
7. Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
8.Ensure positions are closed within timelinesLocation :
