A fast-scaling edtech startup operating at the intersection of education, talent acquisition, and AI-driven workforce solutions, we’re building the future of teacher placement and school staffing across India. Backed by venture capital and serving 500+ schools nationwide, we combine human expertise with automation to match educators with schools faster, smarter, and at scale. Based in Whitefield-Varthur, Bangalore, this is an on-site role for a sharp, proactive EA supporting a Principal who leads high-impact strategic initiatives. Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the Principal’s calendar, travel, and priorities with zero missed deadlines—anticipating needs before they’re voiced.
- Screen, filter, and escalate communications—from school principals to investors—with professional discretion and urgency.
- Prepare meeting decks, briefing notes, and executive summaries for board sessions, investor reviews, and internal strategy discussions.
- Coordinate cross-functional syncs between Product, Sales,



and Ops teams—ensuring alignment and follow-through on key decisions.
- Handle expense reporting, vendor coordination, and ad hoc operational tasks with precision and speed.
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper and sounding board—providing context, flagging risks, and elevating opportunities for strategic attention.
