We are seeking a dynamic HR qualified to lead Talent Acquisition while contributing to key strategic HR initiatives across the organization.

This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys building high-performing teams, partnering with business leaders, and driving organization-wide HR priorities beyond recruitment. In addition to leading Talent Acquisition, the incumbent will work closely with the Head – HR on initiatives related to leadership development, succession planning, workforce planning, HR transformation, and organizational capability building.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

 Lead end-to-end recruitment across Schoolnet Group.

 Develop talent acquisition strategies for Corporate, Technology, Academic, Sales, Operations, and leadership hiring.

 Build sustainable talent pipelines to support current and future business requirements.

 Drive leadership hiring for strategic and business-critical positions.

 Strengthen employer branding and enhance the overall candidate experience.

 Manage recruitment partners, consultants, job portals,



and campus hiring initiatives.

 Drive diversity hiring initiatives across functions.

 Develop recruitment dashboards, metrics, and hiring analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

 Leverage AI and digital recruitment tools to improve hiring quality, speed, and efficiency.

2. HR Excellence & Strategic Initiatives

Partner with the Head – HR to drive strategic HR initiatives, including:
