Requirements:
- MBBS degree with a postgraduate qualification in Urology (DNB or MD in Urology) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) and state medical council.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-graduation clinical experience in a hospital or specialized urology unit.
- Proven experience in performing diagnostic and therapeutic urological procedures.
- Solid knowledge of urological diseases, surgical techniques, and evidence-based treatment protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex medical information to patients and families.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and medical imaging systems.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous learning.
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties and emergency procedures as required.
- All required certifications and licenses must be valid and up to date.
