Roles & responsibilities
The Operations team steers and supports the KDNI DAS business leadership on aspects such as stakeholder relationship management, financial planning, key initiatives, KPI tracking, and compliance, among others – to ensure seamless day-to-day running of the CH business.
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated leader to join the DAS Operations team.

Responsibilities
Project Management Office (PMO):

•Lead and drive focus on key initiatives and priorities across the DAS Operations team
•Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
•Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
•Ensure alignment and coordination of team members to achieve project objectives

Data Analysis, Reporting, and Quality Assurance:
•Conduct data analysis to drive decisions and strategic planning, including analyzing large and disparate data sets in Excel
•Understand highly nuanced, complex problems related to business operations, and stitch together solutions touching multiple processes




•Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure operational excellence

Supporting the DAS Leadership Team (LT) forum and interactions:
•Organize and facilitate DAS LT meetings, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on action items
•Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for DAS LT and other leadership meetings

Manage key relationships and processes:
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both within KGS and onshore
•Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

•Demonstrated ability to steer and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
•Solid relationship management skills with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
•Strong entrepreneurial outlook / self-starter attitude to independently own and drive end-to-end solutions and analysis within tight deadlines
•Robust understanding of business processes and operations managem
