Our client is a growing textile brand committed to delivering high-quality products and seamless experiences to our customers, both online and in-store. We are looking for a meticulous Operations & Order Coordinator to manage end-to-end order processing and coordinate with our offline outlets.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and track all incoming orders from online platforms and offline outlets, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Coordinate with retail outlets and internal teams to maintain smooth stock flow and availability.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the supply chain or warehouse team.

Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and resolve any shipping issues.

Maintain records of orders, returns, and customer interactions, and generate regular reports for management.

Collaborate with the e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure accurate product listings, promotions, and order fulfillment.

Identify process improvements to streamline operations, reduce errors,
and enhance customer satisfaction.

Assist in offline outlet operations, including stock transfers, merchandising support, and order-related queries.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.

5–7 years of experience in operations, order management, or retail coordination, preferably in textiles or apparel.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.

Valuable communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and outlets.

Familiarity with order management systems, Excel, and basic reporting tools.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under tight timelines.
Preferred:

Experience in textile/apparel retail operations.

Exposure to e-commerce order coordination and online marketplaces.
