Role Summary: The purpose of this role is to prepare and review the complete tax planning for the organization, direct and indirect. Also, guiding in the preparation and filing of annual corporate tax declarations, monthly withholding tax returns, and any other levy return which may become due. Regularly review tax balances on general ledger. Advising on International tax planning for low and tax friendly options for Indian employees outside India.

Area of responsibilities:
• To lead and review all aspects of the tax practices and ensure compliance with all the statutory norms for the Recent Co. within and outside India
• Oversee the review of all tax papers on regular basis and handle all information data requests and Manage tax provision and tax compliance process.
• Manage and coordinate tax audits & attend the external audits as per schedule and maximum compliance.
• Reviewing monthly/quarterly tax provisions, Corp tax packages, Deferred tax assets/liabilities calculations to ensure accurate Tax accounting and Reporting




• Reconcile and prepare analysis on general ledger tax accounts for reporting purposes. Continuous monitoring of key financial and business metrics, accurate reporting and circulating the same to relevant stakeholders at requisite time intervals.
• Ensuring that any potential compliance issue in the taxation or otherwise is immediately flagged off to the senior management
• Oversee Statutory compliances (GST, ITC 04, PT, TDS & TCS Returns, etc.) of the Units. Payment of all the statutory dues as per set timelines. Timely submission of Form 16 & Form 27D.- Timely reconciliation of books with returns and government portals (26AS, GST, etc.). Direct taxes and working of advance tax. - Mandatory compliances with auditors for taxation matters. - Yearly Tax Assessment
• Monitors the team’s progress on developmental interventions and their development plans
