School: PRT, TGT, PGT
· Regular /Full Time Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Tamil Literature preferably with B.Ed
College : Regular /Full Time Master’s degree in Tamil Literature with one of the qualification (M.Phil/NET/SET/Ph.D)
· Min 2 years of work experience as a Teacher @ School or College Level
· Strong command of the Tamil language, both written and spoken
· Demonstrated ability to create engaging lesson plans and foster an inclusive classroom workplace
· Passion for teaching and a student-centered approach
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
