We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive / Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire recent corporate clients for recruitment and staffing services.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Business Heads, CXOs, and Founders to understand their hiring requirements.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into active recruitment mandates.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions to showcase Hiringlabs' recruitment solutions.
- Understand client hiring challenges and recommend customized talent acquisition strategies.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.




- Negotiate commercials, service agreements, and partnership terms with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients while identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports, CRM updates, revenue forecasts, and business development metrics.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Corporate Sales.
- Prior experience in the Recruitment, Staffing, Executive Search, or HR Consulting industry is highly preferred.
