Job Title: Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise residential/commercial building projects from start to completion.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities, contractors, subcontractors, and labour productivity.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, MEP teams, billing, planning, purchase, and quality departments.
- Ensure timely execution while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Review project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Monitor material consumption and ensure optimum utilization of resources.




- Resolve site execution issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company SOPs.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum upto 10 years of experience in execution of high-rise residential or commercial building projects.
- Experience with reputed real estate developers or EPC companies preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RCC works, finishing, quality control, and site coordination.
- Ability to independently handle site activities and manage contractors.
- Positive communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
