Telecaller / Admission Counselor

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers / Admission Counselors to join our Admissions team. If you are passionate about guiding students and supporting their academic journey, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to student enquiries and admissions.
- Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, and the admission process.
- Maintain lead follow-ups and ensure timely conversions.
- Update and manage leads through CRM tools.
- Assist in admission campaigns, counselling sessions, and parent/student support.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling or as an Admission Counsellor (preferably in the education sector).
- Experience with NPF (NoPaperForm), Merrito, or similar CRM/enquiry management tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a student-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced admissions setting.
