We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing organization. The position demands coordination with both project managers and the team members, along with client interaction for overall development and completion of the project.

Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Understand the project technicalities to maintain and monitor project plans.

• Prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, time frames and budgets for

projects.

• Review and approve product designs and changes

• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable

• Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)

• Analyze risks and opportunities

• Work towards the timely completion of projects.

Skills Required:

• Excel lent Knowledge in MS Excel pivot tables, worksheets, macros , PPT etc

• Should have experience managing calendars

• Excellent communication skills for client interaction.

• Excellent Analytical skills

Qualification:

• Any Graduate / post graduate

• Must have 2 - 5 yrs of experience working in IT firm
