Position Overview:

The Manager - Contracts will oversee the contract management process, focusing on claims verification, risk assessment, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. This role is critical for safeguarding the company’s interests and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the contracts management team in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to align with project objectives and company policies.
- Oversee the verification and analysis of claims submitted by subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
- Collaborate closely with project managers to identify, assess, and mitigate potential claims and disputes.
- Develop strategies for effective dispute resolution and negotiate settlements that protect the company’s interests.
- Maintain accurate records of contract documents, claims, and correspondence for reporting and audit purposes.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, identifying risks and recommending proactive measures to management.
- Prepare detailed reports on claims status,



contract management activities, and performance metrics for senior leadership.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and best practices in contract management and claims verification.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CMRP, CPM) is preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in contract management within the EPC industry, with a solid emphasis on claims verification.
- Proven track record in negotiating and managing complex contracts and claims.
- In-depth knowledge of contract law, industry standards, and risk management practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively across teams.
