We are looking for high-impact Technical Lead Manager to drive the development of scalable, high-performance systems for our fintech platform. You will play a crucial role in architecting, building, and optimizing distributed systems, data pipelines,

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring best practices in software development, high level system design, and low level implementation design
- Design and implement scalable, resilient, and high-performance distributed systems.
- Own technical decisions related to high level system design, infrastructure, and performance optimizations.
- Build and optimize large-scale data pipelines and query performance for productive data processing.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
