• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical
audits

• Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, URLs, headings, internal
linking) and off-page strategies (link building, outreach, etc.)

• Monitor and analyze site performance using tools like Google
Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.

• Collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment with SEO and
AI-driven search behaviors

• Create clear, actionable reports and performance summaries for
stakeholders and clients





• Ensure all SEO activities align with the latest search engine
guidelines and updates

Requirements
• Solid expertise in SEO fundamentals (on-page, off-page, technical)

• In-depth understanding of how AI is impacting SEO (e.g., Google's AI
search updates, SGE, RankBrain, BERT, MUM)

• Familiarity with SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics,
Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, etc.

• Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

• Strong communication and project management skills

• Proven success in managing SEO for multiple clients in an agency
