Serve as a high-impact intermediate-level professional supporting strategic initiatives, cross-functional project leadership, and sales execution activities within the Commercial Organization. Scope, Complexity & Independence
- Independently manages assigned projects, strategic initiatives, and workstreams with limited day-to-day supervision.
- Coordinates multiple concurrent initiatives involving diverse stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Applies project management methodologies, analytical thinking,
and sound business judgment to address moderately complex business challenges.
- Identifies risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and execution challenges, proactively driving resolution or escalation as needed.
- Exercises discretion in planning and organizing work, adapting approaches to changing business needs.
- Operates effectively in ambiguous environments where processes and governance models may still be evolving.
