Overview

We are looking for a hands-on RPA & Automation Specialist to join Automation team. This is a delivery role for someone who has automated processes end to end across the full RPA lifecycle and has complete, practical command of RPA documentation. You will assess incoming processes, run feasibility analysis, and identify the best way to automate each one - through RPA, AI, or another technology - and then get it delivered,



either by building the solution yourself or by driving the work with the relevant teams. The emphasis is on genuine automation expertise: designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting automations that are robust, well-documented, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support RPA solutions across the full automation lifecycle, delivering robust bots that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Produce and maintain complete RPA documentation to standard - Process Definition Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), test scripts, and operational/support handover artefacts.
- Run feasibility analysis on candidate processes, assessing automation potential, complexity, risk, and ROI, and recommend the best-fit approach across RPA, AI, or other technologies.
