Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.

Maintain and update accounting records and files.

-
Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.

-
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.

-
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual account closures.

-
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.

-
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

-
Handle petty cash and expense reimbursements.

-
Maintain vendor and client accounts, ensuring timely payments and receipts.

-
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with vendors/customers.

-
Ensure all accounting entries are recorded accurately and on time.

-
Support payroll processing as required.

-
Assist with cost analysis and financial forecasting.

Skills & Qualifications:

-
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance,



or related field.

-
1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance is preferred.

-
Good knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).

-
Strong MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).

-
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other financial compliance requirements.

-
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

-
Ability to handle confidential financial information.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
