You are great at:
- Leading the
architecture and designing of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with
business goals,



industry best practices, and platform capabilities.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into
scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Defining and enforcing ServiceNow governance standards, including architecture principles,
design patterns, and development guidelines.
- Evaluating existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for automation,
optimization, and integration within the ServiceNow platform.
- Developing technical roadmaps and solution architectures to support the long-term
evolution of the ServiceNow platform.
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers, administrators,
and other team members.
- Staying current with ServiceNow releases, features, and functionality, assessing their
potential impact and value to the organization.
- Leading proof-of-concept initiatives and prototype new
