Job Description of a Front Office Executive: Female

Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately from the first interaction

Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.

Build a long-term relationship with visitors to encourage repeat business

Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Manage customer appointments and maintain schedule of events and address customer concern by providing exceptional customer service

Management of petty cash and also assisting with general office tasks by managing inventory and maintaining records

Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and inquiries

Data Management

Support sales events and special promotions as needed

Qualifications:

Graduation/Diploma: From a reputed institution

Robust interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to handle the tasks and prioritize effectively

Proficiency in basic computer applications

Experience: 5-10 years in front office
