Job Description :
As the Solutioning Lead at Havas CSA, you will architect integrated marketing and advertising technology solutions across client accounts. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, technology, and client success, you will lead discovery sessions, design solution blueprints, and collaborate with internal teams to translate client challenges into tech-enabled experiences that deliver measurable results.Responsibilities:

Client-Facing Solutioning
- Serve as the primary technology thought partner for strategy, client servicing, and business teams during current pitches and ongoing projects.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover business needs and align them with relevant MarTech and AdTech solutions.
- Design tailored solutions involving CDPs, analytics, personalization, CRM, campaign automation, media platforms, and measurement.

Solution Architecture
- Create scalable architecture diagrams and implementation roadmaps across:
- MarTech: CDPs (Tealium, Segment, Adobe), CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), Marketing Automation (Braze, MoEngage)




- AdTech: DSPs (DV360, TTD), Ad Servers, DMPs, MMPs
- Analytics & Data: GA4, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, BigQuery
- Balance immediate needs with long-term scalability and privacy requirements.

Pitch & Proposal Support
- Collaborate with business development and strategy teams to craft solution narratives, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Represent the agency in client meetings, delivering demos and POVs that establish us as a strategic partner.

Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with data, engineering, creative tech, and media teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
- Define use cases and user stories for implementation teams; guide execution as needed.

Innovation & Thought Leadership
- Stay ahead of emerging trends like cookieless advertising, AI/ML in marketing, and identity resolution.
