Summary

The Branch Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the sales and marketing performance of the Fresh Milk division within the assigned territory. This position is responsible for the end-to-end administration of the sales office, ensuring strict adherence to ISO and statutory compliance while executing strategic initiatives to achieve budgeted business targets. The role demands a proactive approach to market intelligence, distribution network expansion, and customer relationship management. By optimizing resource utilization, managing crate logistics, minimizing product losses, and maintaining rigorous financial controls, the incumbent ensures operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth. This position is critical in strengthening brand presence through model parlors, effective contract programs, and timely resolution of customer concerns.

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and achieve sales targets in alignment with the business plan and budget.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing actionable insights to the Category Incharge.




- Identify gaps in marketing strategy and collaborate with the Regional Head to implement corrective measures.
- Expand and strengthen the distribution network by onboarding current agents and optimizing channel coverage.
- Drive promotional campaigns and leverage publicity channels to enhance brand visibility and sales.
- Promote and scale model parlor operations within the designated area, ensuring timely product delivery as per customer indent.
- Ensure timely collection and recovery of sales realization and outstanding receivables.
- Oversee daily cash and bank operations, including daily cash flow review, weekly physical verification, and timely bank deposits.
- Manage crate inventory effectively, including monthly reconciliation and timely recovery of empty crates from agents.
