Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:
We are currently hiring fresh graduates for the role of Process Executive – US Healthcare (Voice) at our Hyderabad location. This is a full-time, night shift prospect within the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain. Selected candidates will receive structured training and will work closely with US healthcare insurance processes, primarily involving voice-based interactions and system documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound voice calls to US insurance companies
- AR Follow up on medical claim status and payments
- Update systems with accurate call and claim details
- Adhere to quality, productivity, and compliance standards
- Work in night shifts
