5. Expertise in Union Negotiations with prior experience of signing Long-Term settlement.
6. In-depth knowledge of IMS standards
7. In-depth understanding of plant context to carry out administrative activities / decision making related to employee perks (transport, canteen, uniform), gardening, housekeeping, Security, DIMH
