The Senior Research Engineer - Embedded Systems is responsible for designing, implementing, and testing embedded systems for experimental prototypes and advanced technology projects.
This position reports to the Senior Manager - Research and is part of the Central Technology Organization (CTO) R&D; department located in Bangalore and will be an on-site role. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What You Will Do
- Design and develop embedded software for microcontrollers, SoCs, and custom hardware platforms.
- Translate experimental concepts into functional prototypes.
- Implement real-time operating systems (RTOS) and optimize performance for low-power and resource-constrained environments.
- Integrate sensors, actuators, and communication modules (e.g., CAN, SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet).
