Your role
as a Team Lead will be pivotal in shaping the future of our organization and
making a tangible difference in our clients' lives.

Responsibilities/Capabilities
- Lead, mentor and manage a team
of Inside Sales Executives, providing guidance, support and training to
enhance their performance.
- Develop and implement
strategies to achieve team goals and drive business growth in both new and
existing markets.
- Monitor and evaluate team
performance, setting clear objectives and providing feedback to ensure
targets are met.
- Oversee the prospecting and
relationship-building efforts of the team, ensuring high standards of
customer interaction.
- Manage and optimize online
outreach activities, ensuring data accuracy and effective follow-ups.
- Facilitate effective




communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.
- Drive the conversion of
inquiries into successful admissions, ensuring a high level of client
satisfaction.
- Handle escalations and resolve
complex issues that may arise during the sales process.
- Oversee payment collection
(90%) processes and ensure adherence to financial protocols.
- Maintain continued engagement
with participants to foster long-term relationships and opportunities.
- Achieve a mandatory 15% lead
conversion rate for the team.
- Lead by example with a
personal conversion rate of 20%, setting the standard for team
performance.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development, with at
least 1 year in a leadership role.
Salary Range: 4LPA- 6LPA
