Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and continuously optimize school transport routes to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs while minimizing travel time and fuel consumption.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of drivers and transport supervisors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, punctuality, and professional conduct.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle maintenance, driver logs, student attendance, route changes, and incident reports.
