Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Medical Officer in managing daily OHC operations and employee medical consultations.
- Record employee medical history, vital signs, and maintain confidential medical records.
- Coordinate pre-employment, annual, and statutory health check-ups.
- Provide first aid and support during medical emergencies until the Medical Officer or external medical services take over.
- Maintain stock of medicines, consumables, first-aid kits, and medical equipment; ensure timely replenishment.
- Coordinate ambulance services, referrals, and follow-up care for injured or unwell employees.
- Support organization-wide health camps, vaccination drives, wellness initiatives, and health awareness programs.
- Maintain statutory medical registers, prepare reports,
and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.
- Liaise with HR, EHS, insurance, hospitals, and diagnostic centres for employee medical-related activities.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth functioning of the Occupational Health Centre.
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Nursing Council Registration: Maharashtra Nursing Council registration mandatory.
- Qualification & Experience:
- GNM + 3 years of experience, or
- ANM + 5 years of experience, or
- B.Sc. Nursing + 1 year of experience.
Shift Requirements
- Should be comfortable working in night shifts ending at 1:00 AM or early morning shifts starting at 6:00 AM.
