Role Purpose
The Associate Financial Analyst plays a key role within the GSC FBP team, partnering with GSC Leadership, Regional FBPs, and business stakeholders to support financial planning, reporting, workforce governance, and performance management. The role is responsible for delivering insightful financial analysis, ensuring data integrity, and driving standardization across budgeting, forecasting, cost governance, and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Monthly Report (MR) preparation, including GL analysis, variance reporting, stakeholder commentary, and financial performance reviews.
- Support annual budgeting, Rolling
