Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in Golang and Java to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with microservices architecture, cloud-native technologies, CI/CD pipelines, database development, and messaging systems. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to translate technical requirements and documentation into robust software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications and microservices using Golang and Java (Java 8+).
- Build and enhance RESTful and gRPC APIs to support business and system integrations.
- Develop applications using Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT.
- Utilize Redis for caching, session management, and performance optimization.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database interactions with Microsoft SQL Server.




- Integrate and manage messaging solutions using Solace Queue and event-driven architectures.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitHub Enterprise, and Azure DevOps.
- Containerize applications using Docker and deploy/manage workloads in Kubernetes environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Analyze technical documentation and convert business and technical requirements into effective, maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Golang and Java (Java 8+).
- Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
