Requirements
Education:
- B.E/B.Tech
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in residential facility management.
- Experience in handling multiple sites and large teams.
- Good knowledge of MEP, housekeeping, security, safety, and vendor management.
- Experience in budgeting, billing, and working with clients.
- Familiar with government and statutory compliance.
Skills:
- Robust leadership and communication skills.
- Good planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and facility management tools.
- Able to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions.
