Assess and monitor patients' health status.
Administer medications and treatments as per physician's orders.
Provide bedside care, nursing interventions, and post-operative support.
Documentation and Reporting

Maintain accurate patient records, including vital signs and progress notes.
Communicate effectively with doctors and healthcare teams.
Health Education

Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
Promote community health awareness through preventive measures.
Emergency Response

Handle medical emergencies, including CPR and first-aid administration.
Work in high-pressure environments like ICUs, emergency rooms, or operation theaters.
Team Collaboration

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
Supervise junior nurses, nursing assistants, and ancillary staff.
Skills and Competencies
Robust clinical skills and attention to detail.




Proficiency in using medical equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnostic Testing: Conduct biochemical, hematological, microbiological, and pathological tests on patient samples.
- Laboratory Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain diagnostic machines like hematology analyzers, centrifuges, and sphygmomanometer.
- Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results by adhering to laboratory quality standards.
- Sample Collection and Handling: Manage blood, urine, tissue, and other sample collection, ensuring safe and sterile procedures.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Document and report test results to physicians and maintain accurate records.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of laboratory reagents and supplies.
