Key Responsibilities:
ï· Conduct engaging product trainings and beauty seminars across the assigned state
ï· Perform skincare analysis and demonstrate product usage techniques
ï· Design and deliver training content, presentations, and manuals
ï· Train distributors, sales teams, and customers about skincare & cosmetic benefits
ï· Keep updated with market trends and deliver knowledge with confidence
ï· Track post-training engagement and provide follow-up refresher sessions
ï· Support product launches and campaigns with field-level awareness t
Requirements
Diploma/Certification in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or Dermatology (or related field)
ï· Minimum 3 years of experience in skincare or cosmetic brand training roles
ï· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned state
