Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Software Engineer – RPA with strong expertise in UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting intelligent automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and business productivity.
The candidate should possess robust analytical and problem-solving skills, hands-on experience in RPA development, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Develop scalable, reusable,
and high-quality RPA components and workflows.
- Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
- Perform debugging, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of deployed bots and workflows.
- Ensure adherence to RPA development standards, best practices, and governance policies.
- Prepare technical documentation, process design documents (PDD), and solution design documents (SDD).
- Support production deployments and provide post-implementation support when required.
- Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with client teams and work from the client office as per project requirements.
