Job Description:

Position : Assistant Manager QA/QC – Transformer Radiator

Experience : 4–10 Years

Salary : 4.00 to 6.00 LPA

Qualification : BE Mechanical / Diploma (Mechanical)

Gender : Male

Job Location : Kashipura, POR (Nr. Vadodara)

Transportation : Yes from Makarpura, Vadodara

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle overall quality control for transformer radiators and transformer tanks
- Manage QC team and ensure proper inspection at all production stages
- Monitor leakage testing, pressure testing, welding quality, and dimensional accuracy
- Reduce rejection, rework, and improve product quality
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions (CAPA)
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain quality documentation and audit readiness

Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, and inspection processes
- Experience in radiator / transformer / fabrication industry preferred
- Positive leadership and problem-solving skills
- Able to handle QA/QC Team
