Role Purpose

To plan, coordinate, monitor, and control logistics/warehouse development projects across Bangalore & Chennai, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, statutory approvals, and seamless coordination between design, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Monitoring
- Prepare project schedules and track progress.
- Maintain baseline timelines, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Conduct weekly reviews, highlight delays, and propose recovery plans.

2. Design & Technical Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, PEB, structural & MEP consultants.
- Ensure drawings meet NBC, Fire, and local bylaws.
- Track submissions, revisions, and approvals.

3. Procurement & Contracts
- Support tender process and BOQ verification.
- Track long-lead items (PEB, fire pumps, electrical panels).
- Monitor vendor delivery schedules and variations.

4. Construction Oversight
- Coordinate civil, PEB, MEP, and fire system execution.
- Ensure quality,



safety, and adherence to approved drawings.
- Resolve site issues and ensure daily/weekly progress.

5. Statutory Approval Tracking
- Monitor building plan approvals, Fire NOC, BESCOM/TNEB power, PCB clearances.
- Maintain documentation and ensure timely submissions.

6. Reporting & Communication
- Prepare MIS, dashboards, MOMs, and management updates.
- Maintain central documentation (drawings, QA/QC, approvals).

7. Handover & Close-Out
- Coordinate testing & commissioning.
- Ensure as-builts, O&M; manuals, and snag closure.

Requirements
Skills & Competencies
- Strong planning, coordination, and analytical skills
- Positive understanding of PEB structures, docks, floors, utilities, and fire systems
- Knowledge of South India statutory processes
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong communication & stakeholder management

Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Electri
