The CFO will be responsible for the companies accounting and finance function. Prior experience as CFO of a public listed company is required. Experience of developing controls, managing the process to IPO is required.
- Assist in formulating the company’s future direction (company’s business plan, financial & tax strategies, budgeting, and forecasting)
- Develop performance measures to support the company’s strategic direction
- Manage company's fund-raising initiatives including through IPO and debt finance.
- Manage relationships with Investors and key stakeholders
- Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions
- Manage the accounting, investor relations, tax, and treasury functions
- Oversee the company’s transaction processing systems
- Report financial results to the board of directors; report risk issues to the audit committee of the board of directors
