Sales Executive – IT Solutions (Zoho Products) | TekyDoct

We are looking for a results-driven and result-oriented Sales Executive with at least 2 year of experience - Zoho products Sales or in SaaS industry to become a part of our growing team, fulltime in Chennai under a hybrid work setup. Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Drive sales of Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho One, and other Zoho applications to businesses.
- Identify and pursue current business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions from TekyDoct’s product and service along with Zoho solutions offerings.




- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and provide post-sales support when required.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Stay updated on Zoho product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies and stay competitive in the market.

Lead Generation:
- Generate leads through networking, industry events, and partnerships.
- Follow up on leads promptly and maintain a detailed sales pipeline.
- Identify potential clients, conduct product demos, and close deals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to convert leads into successful deals.

Sales Reporting:
- Track and report sales performance regularly.
- Provide insights and feedback to the management team to improve sales processes and strategies.
