- 5 years of experience in BA role
- Strong requirement gathering and analysis skills
- Ability to convert business requirements into functional specifications
- Experience in writing User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria
- BRD / FRD / Functional documentation experience
- Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) management
- AS-IS and TO-BE process modelling
Client-Facing & Communication Skills
- Experience in leading requirement gathering calls and workshops
- Ability to interact directly with business stakeholders
- Experience handling client queries and clarifications
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to conduct demos and support UAT
Agile & Delivery Knowledge
- Practical experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience in backlog refinement and sprint planning
- Understanding of scope management and change request handling
- Experience supporting SIT and UAT cycles
Cloud / Web Application Exposure
- Experience working on web-based or cloud (SaaS) applications
- Understanding of role-based access control
- Exposure to multi-user systems
- Experience in integration projects (APIs / third-party systems preferred)
- Basic understanding of data security in cloud environments
Requirements

- Experience using backlog management tools (Azure Devops, Jira)
- Process modelling tools (Visio / Bizagi / Draw.io etc.)
- Basic SQL knowledge (optional)
