We are seeking an experienced M365 Cloud Consultant with extensive knowledge of identity services to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting our Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring seamless integration with identity and access management (IDAM) applications.

Responsibilities:

Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.

Implement and manage identity and access management (IDAM) solutions, including Azure Active Directory (AAD) and related services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security policies and procedures.

Monitor system performance and security and implement necessary updates and patches. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and provision/de-provision users for IDAM integrated applications.

Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for implementation, integration, FAQs, and troubleshooting.

Onboard applications on Entra ID for SSO,



auto provisioning, and de-provisioning.

Implement and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

Create static and energetic groups for application role management.

Manage app protection policies for mobile devices.

Configure access packages and user recertification.

Prepare and present weekly dashboards.

Participate in weekly governance calls with key stakeholders.

Implement and manage Microsoft Defender for Office 365 to protect against threats.

Oversee device management through Intune, ensuring compliance and security of mobile and desktop devices.

Develop and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies to safeguard sensitive information.

Requirements
Experience with hybrid Exchange environments.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and supporting Microsoft 365 (Admin Center, Exchange Admin, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, etc.) and On-prem Exchange environments.
