We are seeking a Relationship Manager/Senior
Relationship Manager with a background in insurance broking. The
role involves recruiting and supporting partners/agents to drive
sales through our agency network.
Key
Responsibilities
- Should be from
insurance broking background and having 2+ years experience
in agency role background.
- Sound knowledge of
insurance in retail Motor insurance.
- Responsible for Recruitment, onboarding and activation of
Partners/Agents.
- Drive sales through the agency
network, create a distribution network of agents.
- Helping Partners/Agents in the sales calls by traveling with
them for the same and taking the onus of closure of
sales.
- Conduct continuous agent training
program.

- Candidates should have Insurance experience.
- Should be willing to travel extensively.
- Should be sales driven.
- Strong understanding of market trends & competition products.
- Good convincing power and good communication skills both verbal and written.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
