Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage slitting machines for flexible packaging materials (BOPP, PET, PE, laminates, etc.)
- Ensure proper setting of machine parameters such as tension, speed, and alignment
- Read and interpret job orders, specifications, and production schedules
- Monitor output quality and ensure rolls meet required width, diameter, and finish standards
- Inspect materials for defects and report any quality issues
- Minimize wastage and optimize machine productivity
- Maintain proper documentation of production and machine performance
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with printing, lamination,



and QC teams for smooth workflow

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Slitting Operator in adaptable packaging
- Hands-on experience with slitting machines and related equipment
- Good knowledge of different substrates (BOPP, PET, LDPE, etc.)
- Understanding of roll handling, tension control, and defect identification
- Ability to read job cards and production instructions
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
