Position Summary
The Director, HR- APMEA is a high-impact HR leadership role based in India, supporting PPD,



the clinical research business of Thermo Fisher Scientific, across the APMEA region. The Director – Human Resources will lead the regional people agenda, with a solid focus on India and other strategic growth locations, helping build a scalable, high-performing, and inclusive organization.

You will work closely with senior business leaders, Country HR Heads, and global HR partners to shape people strategies that enable growth, strengthen leadership capability, and create a meaningful employee experience. This role also acts as the voice of APMEA within the global CRG HR community, ensuring regional perspectives are well represented and connected.
