Key Responsibilities:
- Develop CNC programs using Mastercam (Mandatory) for milling/turning operations
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and 3D models for accurate program creation
- Optimize machining processes to reduce cycle time and improve productivity
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining strategies
- Conduct simulation and verification of programs before production
- Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams for process improvements
- Troubleshoot machining issues and provide technical support on the shop floor
- Maintain documentation of programs and process sheets

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Hands-on experience in Mastercam is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining (3-axis / 4-axis preferred)
- Valuable understanding of tooling, materials, and machining parameters
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models
- Experience in process optimization and cost-effective manufacturing

Experience:
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in CAM programming
