Team: The Product Involvement and Controversial Weapons team, one of the data teams responsible for delivering Morningstar Sustainalytics’ suite of ESG products.



The Product Involvement and Controversial Weapons Research team is responsible for delivering Morningstar Sustainalytics’ research on company involvement in products and services which allows clients to screen according to specific criteria motivated by ethical, impact, compliance, ESG risk or other investment considerations.

Role: This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, leading a group of Team Leads, and ensuring the smooth execution of all data collection activities. The Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver on agreed-upon research commitments while upholding high standards of quality, accuracy, and timeliness. The position carries full accountability for the team’s overall performance and is expected to drive continuous improvements in productivity, efficiency, and delivery excellence.
