Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to faculty members, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing communication with students.
- Course Coordination:
- Assist in the coordination and organization of courses, ensuring timely distribution of syllabi, textbooks, and other course materials.
- Collaborate with faculty to maintain accurate and up-to-date course schedules.
- Student Engagement:
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for students.
- Address student inquiries, concerns, and provide guidance on academic matters.
- Test Conduction and Assessment:
- Assist in the grading of assignments, exams, and other assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of student grades and performance.
- Smooth test conduction at the center.
- Event Coordination:
- Support the planning and execution of academic events,
conferences, and seminars.
- Coordinate logistics, manage registrations, and ensure a smooth event experience.
- Collaboration with Departments:
- Work closely with other academic departments and administrative staff to facilitate seamless operations.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to cooperative initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
