Role Overview:
Solvl Consulting is looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who lives and breathes data. Unlike a general marketing role, this position is for someone who understands that a great ad is useless without proper tracking. You will be responsible for managing high-intent Google Ads campaigns, assisting with Meta Ads, and ensuring every conversion is tracked with surgical precision.

This is a 3-month "Internship-to-Hire" track. We are looking for a future full time team member, not just a seasonal intern.

Key Responsibilities:
• Google Ads Management: Set up and optimize Search, Display, and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns.
• Advanced Tracking: Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and Meta Pixel.
• Meta Ads Support: Assist in managing Meta ad sets, focusing on audience testing and scaling winning creatives.
• Performance Optimization: Conduct daily audits of bid strategies, keyword performance, and quality scores to maximize ROI/ROAS.
• Reporting & Insights:



Build and maintain performance dashboards that go beyond surface-level metrics to show true business impact.
• Full-Funnel Thinking: Work with the Digital Strategy Manager to ensure landing pages are optimized for the traffic being sent.

Requirements:
• Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of Google Ads Manager and the ability to set up "Enhanced Conversions."
• Tracking Native: You should know your way around GTM triggers and GA4 event tracking.
• Analytical Mindset: You enjoy finding patterns in spreadsheets and turning data into actionable strategy.
• Result-Oriented: A strong desire to hit targets—you will be measured by the results you generate for our clients.
• Platform Knowledge: Decent familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and audience targeting.
Compensation & Growth:
• Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on technical depth).
• Performance Incentives: Additional bonuses based on achieving specific ad perf
