As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key
role in generating new business opportunities, strengthening client
relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth. This role
requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, sales acumen,
and the ability to understand client needs.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B business development
in IT/software/digital services
- Solid communication, presentation, and persuasion
skills
- Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts
to clients
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM
tools, and email automation platforms
- Self-motivated, structured, and target-oriented
- Experience with IT service sales or SaaS
environments
- Basic understanding of requirement gathering and
solution selling
- Experience with Upwork or global client platforms
(added advantage)
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and nurture
relationships
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building
abilities
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills

- Professional attitude and ownership of tasks

Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through multiple
channels (LinkedIn, email/calls, references, Upwork, etc.)
- Present our IT, design, and digital services
confidently across various business domains
- Create customized pitches, proposals, and
quotations based on client requirements
- Conduct client meetings, requirement discussions,
and product/service demos
- Maintain and update the CRM system for accurate
lead tracking and pipeline management
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (tech,
design, marketing) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Meet and exceed monthly outreach, lead generation,
and sales targets
