We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team. This is a hands-on internship where you will work closely with the team and gain end-to-end exposure to core HR functions. If you are someone who is passionate about people, eager to learn, and looking to build a solid foundation in HR this is the right place for you.
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
- Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic/virtual interviews
- Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Managing offer roll outs and supporting salary negotiation conversations
- Facilitating smooth onboarding and induction for new joiners

Requirements
MBA graduate (Fresher or up to 6 months of experience)
Strong verbal and written communication skills




Good coordination and multitasking ability
Technically sound — comfortable with MS Office, ATS tools, job portals
Creative thinker with a proactive attitude
Genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources
